Welcome to the Fit & Shred Gym Program! Summer is right around the corner and we have some goals to crush, don't we?! With the goal of muscle building in mind, we're attacking this program with a new framework, new movements, and a new mindset! STRENGTH, power, and calorie burn are the focus of this Fit & Shred program and together, we're going to push further than ever before. This time around, we hit the gym 4 days a week instead of 5. But don't worry! The number of days spent training matters less than the INTENSITY we bring to the sessions. May/Spring is always one of the busiest times of the year so this program is designed to help you get the MOST out of your training while fitting into your schedule!
