The Passion Power Home Program is here! We will grow, develop, and sculpt your body from HOME! For this program, having a set of dumbbells, kettle bells, or any sort of weight at home would be very beneficial! Even a barbell can be perfectly modified for these exercises. I demonstrate for you my favorite way to perform the movement but trust me, anything is modifiable! Even full gallon water jugs and backpacks with heavy books inside will do the trick. Get creative! With this being said, all exercises can be done without equipment as well!

For the Heat Up Program, we’re taking a BRAND NEW approach! This gym equipment-based program is intensely focused on SUPERSETS like never before! A “superset”, in this program, is referring to doing one movement immediately after another. Completing your exercises in this way will help us create the optimal environment for a high heart rate, fast & efficient workouts, fat loss, and muscle gain! We will be utilizing dumbbells, squat racks, smith machines, a couple accessory machines, and the cables machine.
