The purpose of this 30 day program is to give your workout a burn that you have never experienced before. You will be following a 5 day / week HIGH intensity strength & cardio focused training routine that’ll have you ready for summer before you know it! Summertime HIIT has been designed for anyone who wants to challenge their athleticism, beginner to advanced. YOU are in control of how quickly these routines are completed. We will be integrating both Strength Training and Cardiovascular Training into this month’s routine.
